Guinaugh, Managing Partner is a Discovery Consultant at the Barrington, Illinois office of CyberControls, LLC^®.  A seasoned electronic discovery specialist, Mr. Guinaugh advises attorneys and in-house counsel on complex matters involving paper and electronic document preservation and production, and he consults with Fortune 500 corporations about best practices related to data retention policies.  He also oversees computer forensic investigations, including those into trade secret theft.  He is a frequent speaker and has lectured before national trade groups, legal professional conferences, and numerous ABA accredited (CLE) sponsored sessions.

Wolfgang Wilke, C.P.A., Senior Forensic Examiner at the Barrington, Illinois office of CyberControls, LLC^®. As a court qualified expert with over ten years of management experience in network security, computer hardware integration, software development and analysis, Mr. Wilke is a seasoned leader in the high tech security and forensics industry.  Mr. Wilke maintains a detailed understanding of the law and federal mandates associated with computer crime and data forensic investigations. Mr. Wilke oversees most data collections and ensures strict adherence to chain of custody standards.
